DVD donation bomb?

Description

In the action plan (http://dvd4hope.tv/node/13) and in the site introduction (http://dvd4hope.tv/node/10), it is mentioned that instead of making a straight donation, we'd like to invite people to purchase official DVDs from the Obama store, and pass on those DVDs to canvassers in swing states.

However, someone wrote to me:

The Obama store does not have any DVDs suitable for what we're trying to do, in my opinion. They have his speeches from the primary, and a lot of them. If I were a swing voter, there's no reason I'd want to watch that. I think that making our own DVDs should be higher on the priority list.

The problem is that currently, we do not have any other DVDs to distribute. You can certainly help with that (see #3: Create a first DVD).

I still think we can do both, but for it to work we need:
1) people willing to purchase the DVDs.
2) people willing to distribute them to undecided voters in swing states.
3) get the site organized to put the two groups in contact (which shouldn't be too difficult.

What do you think?
Should we go ahead with this plan (purchasing DVDs from the Obama store for canvassers to distribute)?

Please show some interest (at least in the idea) so that we can move on with this and make it happen.
